It has been a while since I posted anything but that is not because I haven’t been working on something. I spent the last week of my sabbatical working on a special project called “Take a knee, America”. I think you probably already know what that is about. It is about the uproar about NFL players taking a knee during the National Anthem. I will give rationale why I would take a knee because of the injustice and inequality still existing in this Country. I wanted to let you know that I have not stopped posting here. It is rather an in-depth piece that I will hone down a bit so it is not just a history lesson. However, the whole project is much bigger than what will be posted here as it is designed to be part of the book. So, like a save the date, keep looking here as I hope to have something here soon.
Also, feel free to comment on what you read. I am also open to a discussion.
